5/16/2012 · We have had a second hand Truma motor mover fitted on our Elddis Avante 505 (by the dealer we bought the van from) and have not been able to get it to engage /attach to the van wheels. My husband has used a socket turner but no luck. The mover does switch on, but nothing else happens. I.
First check for an automatic motor mover. For an automatic one, your job is much easier and you should be able to just press a button on the remote to engage the motor onto the wheel. Again, ensure that it ends up making good contact with the tyre. Check the manual. It may sound obvious, but if you have it handy, checking the manual will help.
